I call that due to their sophisitication at the time, with better technology than any civilization of the world for over a millenia, ROme Automatically gets proportionally better technology than any of the other factions.
We need to develop stats for the teams, I call for a temporary sit down of arms, in order to settle this.
But just in case you do not accept, I choose to produce an antimatter shield surrounding the Roman terratories. Nothign gets passed that, not even energy legs, until you agree to settle stats.
